I join humans (usually women, sometimes men, families, or children) who have experienced trauma and are highly sensitive souls (some might call them empaths) connect deeply with their Source or Sacred Inner Self to develop the capacity to feel a greater sense of ease in their life and bodies; and learn to deeply trust themselves and that voice within to guide them in the best direction for their lives through energy healing, therapy, and intuitive guidance and support.
Along with over 17 years of training and experience as a trauma responsive therapist, am a Reiki Master healer, study integrative nutrition and mental health, study shamanic healing practices, and like you, also have experienced early trauma and have done the deep inner and sacred healing work. It's lonely and painful sometimes when you decide to take charge of how you feel. I want you to know that I know, I see you, and I can help.

Energy healing can occur in-person, but doesn't have to. Distance Reiki healing is my personal favorite. It blows me away every time the powerful energy that is generated at a distance using the Sacred Reiki symbols for healing, while you get to be in your own comfortable meditative space. All you need is to be open. Distance healing makes receiving energy healing more convenient.
